What is the processing time for my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including holidays. After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Shipping questions

How do I know if my order is on its way?

When your order ships, we will send a notification email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and they will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@peaceculture.store. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to high order volumes, holiday seasons, or shipping carrier constraints. Once your package is with the carrier, Peace Culture is not responsible for delays or unexpected issues. If you believe your order is lost, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with a resolution.

Returns questions

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact us at contact@peaceculture.store to receive a return authorization. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does it take to process a refund, and are shipping costs refunded?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
